Others have mentioned white sands beach. A very fun thing to do to get there is to hire a fisherman and his canoe and take the 30 mminute or so ride to the beach. Take a few rupiah(5000 or so) to pay for the locals who will help you "land" your canoe on the beach. The ride there is beautiful, as you pass old abandoned rice terraces, black sand beaches etc. The view back towards Candi Dasa with Agung in the background is awesome. There is good snorkeling at white sands and usually no other tourists; the only tout is an old man selling shells.
Another restaurant worth trying is Puri Pan Dan a small hotel across from the Watergarden. The open air dining pavillion reminds me of an old South Seas restaurant and the food was always good when I ate (I stayed there too)there.
