• Go to Tenganan Village (a pre Hindu weaving village) and watch textile weavers create "geringsing"(double ikat) cloth.
• Visit Pura Besakih (the Mother Temple) situated on the slopes of Mt.Agung.
• Go to Klungkung, famous for it's finely detailed paintings portrayed on the roof of the Court of Justice.
• Have a look at Amlapura, the regional capital of East Bali.
• Go to Tirta Gangga one of 3 water Palaces built by the last Raja.
• Go to Ujung, another of the Raja's water Palaces.
• Take a trip to Amed, a fishing and salt making village with great snorkelling.
• Scuba dive on the wreck of the U.S cargo ship Liberty at Tulamben.
• Visit the Bat Cave Temple at Pura Goa Lawah
• Visit Padang Bai, a small seaside village with good snorkelling. Ferries leave from here to go to Lombok.
• Catch a boat to and explore Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan
• Go to Pasir Putih, a white sand beach accessible by car or boat.
and stay at Bali Santi cottages in Candi Dasa.
