No one can tell you what to do, unfortunately if one tells you not to risk your money and Garuda don't go belly up you will regret not going. However had I listened to concerns voiced on here about AP I would not have lost $2500. And don't think paying by credit card will give you any security, I paid by credit card a week before AP went belly up and never got a cent back despite trying every avenue. Personally I would wait and see what the future holds. I myself would love to go back to Bali, but am still paying off the AP trip that I never got and would not like to risk the same thing happening again, believe me and ask anyone who was affected by AP, it is a very traumatic experience to find out 2 days before you are supposed to go that you aren't going and you have lost all your money and having to explain it to your kids as well. It is a hard one because Garuda needs support but at the same time I think people are understandably wary of losing their money. You can only flogg a dead horse for so long.
