the other forum - there seems to be a lot of info on there re this type of thing and also types of visas, legal requirements etc. Whatever you do make sure you get good legal advice as apparently it can be rather complicated and so many different ways of doing things. If you are not sure which forum I am referring to send me an email - I can't post a link on here.
