we did it last year with a 22 month old and going again this april
about every second day we did the designated afternoon nap, although somethimes our son fell asleep in the pram and we just kept going.
His favourite food is rice, so we had no probs there.
Fresh milk, hard to get. UHT available but many stores only have flavoured milk (lots of sugar)
Buy a cheap kettle to boil any bottles, dont use the tap water.
We took night time nappies but used the local variety for day.
Hotel will provide you with a cot and bedding. They even changed ours 3 times in one night when he got sick.
If you are strict with diet (like sugar and preservatives)(I am!!) I would bring a packet of milk arrowroots/jatz etc. Take a tube of vegemite if they love that for breakfast.
I have seen many points for and against but we will definitely be taking our little stroller again this trip.
Enjoy yourself.
