You get your name on the title and a leasefrom the government for 25 years renewable for another 25 years. If sold to an Indonesian national at any time the lease can be upgraded to freehold.
This way you have phone rates etc in your name too and can tell all officials to go to hell if they want to hassle you. It's then legal for you to employ and pay staff and yu have something to legally leave to your kids.
