Forms for Visa...Advice required

I am in Adelaide,and the days when I could pop along to my Indonesian Consular Office and obtain my visa, are apparently over. It appears now that I must send off to Sydney (with all relevent paperwork) to now obtain a visa. My first problem then is, where do I get the relevent visa forms? My Consular office here said that I can download and print them from the Net. Does any BTF's know the site addy where I can do this (assuming all visa forms are on the one site)? Sorry, but just haven't got the time to scour the BTF archives. Any help regarding this is and will be appreciated. Cheers.
