aargh these bloody visa forms, help!!

Ive downloaded the forms needed to send to sydney, BUT, they only have four choices for "type of visa", do I tick, single visit or limited stay?

Also "purpose of visit" - I mean I know why Im going there, but their choices are: tourism, convention, family visit, sports, study, arts, commerical or others? Others I would put, but I dont want to risk doing ANYTHING wrong on these bloody things and having them come back to me, hence the stupidity of my questions to you all!!!!
