im a geat lover of Bali- have been 5 times. However went to Phuket, Thailand last year specifically for dental work. Researched and decided thailand best and cheapest for extensive dental work.Especially if you are wanting crowns, bridges or implants. Make sure you have implants that can be accessed by dentists back here. A lot of asian dentists use nobel implants- but if anything goes wrong with them , most aussie dentists do not have the "key" to access them.Had laser tooth whitening as well when i went.Whatever you decide make sure it is a dentist you can email and ask lots of questions-this way you can get an idea of his expertise. You need ti know your stuff.I emailed my dentist in Phuket about 6 times and then came up with a dental plan i was happy with.Still, will warn you there is a lot of anxiety putting your teeth in the care of someone unknown in another country. I am happy with the result but at times during treatment i thought" I'm an idiot- what if the final result looks bad or is botched ! there is no going back! Best of luck!
