My ONE & ONLY time with Jetstar.Four friends get to the airport to fly to Sydney, met at the door by 2 airport workers. To cut a long story short the flight cancelled. No help from Jetstar staff. Jumped onto Virgin Blue (luckily seats available) That was the 2nd February, still waiting for our refunds 5 phone calls later only half the amount credited to my visa this morning. I hope they can do better than that in the future with international travel!
