and think if people start to complain it will ruin it for everybody else. I have taken over excess many times with qantas,Australian and Garuda and the allowance is always around the same. Think you have to realise there are numerous people that do the same. The more weight they have in the plane the extra fuel costs.
I find now that I take MINIMAL luggage of my own so can give away and help more.
Think we have to be thankful if we get an allowance at all...
