Thanks for explaining this. I was really referring to TJ976o who started all this off. Of course people have a right to complain if there has been a problem, but TJ976o just wrote for people not to use her. For me, there needs to be a reason, rather than just writing a blank statement.
I'm sorry you had that experience. At least (at the very least) Melody explained what she had done wrong instead of trying to fob it off as someone else's error!!
