Last two trips we arrived at the Airport 3 and a half hours prior to checkin and so we were first in the queue and the same on the return flight and both times although told we had certain seats, when we boarded we had been given quite the opposite of what we had asked. I have lodged a complaint with Garuda and am yet to receive a response.
