just after the riots, it was so very very quiet, I have never ever seen Bali so quiet. Anyway we have not been back, don't know if it was the lack of people or what but just didn't like it and w have voted it the worst place we have stayed at and there have been a few doozies with a lees star rating. This was nearly 7 years ago.
