Claimed refund via mastercard for 7 flights booked for next flight after crash of AP on 23/11/05 as a disputed transaction - goods not received but paid for !!!!!!
Received credit on mastercard in later Janruary 2006 for flights but assume this refund was from travel agent not AP and yes this does not seem fair but saved me having to pay for family holiday TWICE as we then had to pay again to go via Garuda
