Have to agree with you Fiona. I have gone down many avenues to try and re-coup at least some of my money, have left no stone unturned and to no avail. The bottom line is money gone, holiday gone, end of story. Others who managed to get money back one way or another were just incredibly lucky. So, Fiona is right, just have to kiss money goodbye and try and remember it is only money that we lost.
