Once you have paid the money for the transfer you will be given a reference number which you will need to sms to your friend for when they go to collect the money.
In the past I have also been advised by W.U. to sms through my name and address as you have filled out the form to the recipient of the funds, I guess it is another cross check for the bank who is paying out the money.
Money can be collected within as little as 15 minutes of the transaction being done at your end. cheers :-)
