I found the ones at Macro, out the front of the store, as you walk in on the left hand side to let you take out more than other ATM's.
Sorry I can't recall the exact amount, might be at least 1.5M Rp, which rings a bell. I tried a few different ones and the Macro ones spat out the most play money for us!
