It was frustrating for us as we wanted to show Ni Luh around Perth. When we arrived she informed me she was on a business trip n organised cleaning the neighbours houses. There was no stopping her. She came back to Bali 5 weeks later and bought herself a motorbike!!!! I found my main problem was I dont wanna eat nasi goreng every blessed day!!!!Also found that by taking her shopping and buying her a few things made her feel terrible as she felt she had to repay us somehow, but that was prabably a personality trait, others would maybe love it.Most schools have Indonesian classes and it gave her confidence a real boost going along to the local school in traditional garb being the teacher for the lesson. She was completelty in awe of the whole city and the differences and am sure had the experience of a lifetime.
She did freak out when invited into the cockpit of the plane for landing..rendered her a paler shade of chocolate :)
