Crackers bar and grill in mandurah is actually his house, not a commercial operation; he and Rae have set up the back yard to resemble Bali, his large patio even has an alang alang (grass) false roof, he has the buffet servers, palms, bananas, wooden geckos everywhere.
It's a Bali fix..
BTW, he's got a Bali Party coming up in the near future, (he'll be announcing details on the forum soon,, so if you're in the West, be prepared for a late night.....
