It doesn't matter whom you ring or where they, or where you are, are if you ALWAYS dial as follows:
+ COUNTRY CODE - NET IDENTIFIER - NUMBER
The net identifier or area code is always without zero.
So to ring a friend in Sydney from Perth you'd dial:
+61-2-55555555
To ring a friend in Perth from Sydney you'd dial:
+61-8-55555555
To ring a friend in Bali from Perth you'd dial:
+62-361-55555555
To ring a friend in AUstralia who is on the 41 Net Identifier you'd ring:
+61-41-55555555
To ring a friend in Bali from Perth who is on the 811 Net Identifier (telkom) you'd dial:
+62-811-55555555
If you store ALL telefone numbers in this long format you can use them whereever you are.
