Price please for transport -

As to be fair to our driver as I know the feul prices have gone up, can someone please tell me the prices they pay for the following -

Tuban to Sanur

half day price for driver (is this 4 - 5 hrs?)

full day price with lunch for driver (approx. 8hrs?)
