Leaving Thursday ,need info

Leaving this Thursday,4th trip
I normally go with husband and kids,not this time.
Need a good driver,with a good sense of humour and who likes a good chat.
I love photography so would like to get to see the real Bali.
We all know what kids are like all the want to do is swim.
Last time in bali went to Ubud we were only there for about an hour and the kids wanted to get back to the pool.
Also want to buy some paintings this time,what should I pay for them.
Just one other thing I have a suitcase full of kids clothes I am taking over,I normally give it to the women in the hotel,should I give it to them or should I give it to one of the orphanages.
Any help would be much appreciated.
