Thanks, It's nice to get good feedback. In reply to watsupdoc, The 250000 included all taxes and charges, free pickup and dropoff at your hotel, rafting, buffet lunch. It didn't include drinks during lunch so you will need to bring some rupiah. I haven't rafted on the Ayung River, but from what I've been told, it's more tame, but the river is wider with better scenery and good chances of seeing a lot of wildlife. The Telaga is more exciting. Most places seemed to be offering 250000 but some only after haggling. We used a company called (funnily enough) "telaga waja". We booked from the little travel place out front of the tegal sari hotel in ubud. But those prices were the same in kuta.

In response to dougs, It's nice to meet another bundy lover. Bundy was hard to find in bali, but we got a nice surprise when we learned we can now take 2 bottles of 1.125 bundy duty free back to australia. Don't forget to save some dosh for that.

Dordor, Does your husband read this forum. :) The heat didn't bother our daughter at all, but certainly during the middle of the day, we kept her inside or at least inside an A/C Taxi. It rained for the first week we were there which kept everything nice and cool, but then got very hot. Perhaps when she's a little older he will change his mind. I hope so, cos you would love it.

Beceth : By memory our room numbers were 346 and 344. They were located at the rear of the hotel on the 3rd floor overlooking the beach and the lazy pools.
