We are arriving on Easter Sunday, I am taking my 9yr old son.
Thanks for the info, I will take Easter eggs etc with me in a cooler bag. We are leaving from Perth, so only a short flight time, chocolate should survive ok.
Will share our goodies with the local children, after all, what child doesn't love chocolate.
I remember last year in the "timezone" type place on the top floor of Discovery having a lot of fun with the local
Regads Helen. boys who were great with helping my son play some of the games there.
I gave one little boy some of the playing tokens,although he didnt speak English & looked like he hadn't showered for 2 weeks, he was really delightful. He was so excited to be able to have a go on the machines. When he had finished he came over and offered the tickets he had won to my boy, which I thought was amazing since he really didnt apear to have anything of his own. We told him he could keep his tickets. He was so thrilled. Makes me ashamed of what our children here in Oz have, and how little so many of them appreciate what they have.
I will take our good quality second hand clothes and toys to give out this time.
There seemed to be alot of local children at this location, especially in the evenings. Does anyone know if the still frequent this place.?
