Hi I'm a long term resident at Ida Hotel. I find the staff almost like family now, nothing is too much for them and they really watch over you. I found this the other day when my girlfriend wasn't too well. The staff were genuinely concerned and the restaurant even prepared special dishes for her that they said would help her feel better.
The grounds now are really well looked after and it is so it is a pleasure to come home at night.
Security are really good as they know what is happening without being obvious.
The restaurant has just updated the way the food is presented and it is just as good as any restaurant.
All in all I would wholly recommend Ida to anyone
