Breakfast is included in the tariff - it is buffet style with cereal, fruit, toast, bacon, sausages, pancakes, potato, tomato & a short-order chef who will cook you eggs anyway you like.

They have both Western food & Indonesian food. I took a photo of the room service menu because it was so cheap & had some very creative spelling ( I must be psychic!):

Lumpia (spring rolls) Rp 23,000
Brushcetta Rp 15,500
BBQ Vietnamese Sate Rp 25,000
Pumpkin Soup Rp20,000
Crab & Corn Soup Rp 21,000
French Onion Soup Rp 22,000
Caesar Salad Rp 38,000 - with prawns. Rp 32,000 with chicken
Nicoise Salad Rp 31,500
Greek Salad & Feta Rp 33,000
HYdroponic Green Salad + herbs Rp 27,000

Chicken Steak Rp 35,000
BBQ Pork Fillet $37,000
Rack of Lamb Rp 60,000
Tuna Steak Rp 37,000
Grilled Seafood Platter Rp 48,000 (advertised as enormous - not so! Nice though)
Pizza - 6 different sorts Rp 33,000 - 39,000

Lasagne Rp 38,000
Gado Gado Rp 26,500

Tempura Prawns Rp 45,000
Sweet & Sour Chicken Rp 32,000, Fish Rp 38,000
Thai Prawns Rp 36,000
Pepes Ikan Laui (? blurred) - Rp 34,000
Soup Buntut Rp 36,000
Ayam Bumbu Bali Rp 34,000
Sate Campur Rp 32,000
Babi Kecap Rp 32,000
Nasi Bungrus Rp 31,000
Nasi Goreng Rp 31,000 - recommended - Yummy!
I didn't take a photo of the desset/drinks menu, however from my bill I know:
Creme Brulee Rp 23,000 yummy
Pineapple Juice Rp 8,500

In the restaurant I had Pad Thai with Prawns Rp 52,000, which I didn't like much - its only resemblance to pad thai was the type of noodles.

Mini bar: Can of Coke, Sprite Rp 10,000 (buy yourself at a supermarket for much less)
If you use the minibar, make sure used item was replaced when room cleaned, or you will get charged again the next day, like I did!

Just divide the Rp by 7000 to get a rough idea in Australian currency.
