Shop number forTootsies?

We went to the shop many years ago but I can't remember it's location or number. I went looking for it last year but was constantly followed by a seller who wouldn't give me any space or thinking time. When I asked where Tootsies was, I was frowned upon by other stall sellers, and they wouldn't tell me.
