a balanced, experienced view on time share. I don't have any time share myself, but I have a number of friends who are happy with their time share purchases.
To those who automatically assume that it's some kind of scam, well it certainly is not. We all know what the "survey takers" and the "I'm not selling anything, let's see if you've won a prize" people are trying to do. They just want to get you to a presentation.
And if you choose to go, then you can expect the sales person to present the deal in the best possible light and to be persistent. But we can get that in Australia if we go into a car yard or a new home sales centre, can't we?
Just like with any other substantial purchase, it pays to keep your wits about you, consider your options carefully and don't allow yourself to be pushed. Because, whatever they say, you can bet that this "never to be repeated offer" will still be available next week.
