We take over sausages, steak, roo, you name it for our local friends. We get it cryovaced, wrap it up in a zillion layers of newspaper, like they used to do when we were kids, and it's usually still frozen by the time we get to Bali. We store it either in our little bar fridge/freezer, or get the hotel, etc, to put it in their freezer. Hope this helps.
Last time we took some marinated scotch fillet, that was a VERY BIG success.
