Spice Dive is the best operator in North Bali and also the longest in business. Diving in Lovina itself is good but not spectacular. Daily trips go to Tulamben where there is a nice ship wreck and also a nice reef. Also to Menjangan Island - a national marine park with some of the best diving in Indonesia. Not sure of current rates - check with them but assume around $US50-60 for a full day with all gear, divemaster and lunch. Have fun -
