Elephant rides, friends went in Oct and said they were quite expensive around 75US, has anyone been to any place with these great creatures and if so what is the cost. My only concern is that the may be mistreated, I would not want to add the their misery, so is there any places where the animals are well treated? White water rafting, my hubby and friend want to do this, is this best to book here before we go or book over in Bali. Which is the better company to go with? Anyone golf, best course and what price, again is it better to book for all of these things before we go or once we get there. Last time we went we bought tickets for Waterbom when we got there and it seemed a better deal. Thanks for your help
