Dear Brad,
As you could well imagine I am totally shocked as well as saddened to hear
about the way you were treated at Ku De Ta last Saturday night.
Whilst we do have a policy (as advertised on our website www.kudeta.net
under the Heading "About" and then s/heading "Hotspot") regarding the hours
of usage of the wireless internet service, it certainly is no reason for the
way the situation or indeed you were treated on the night.
On behalf of Ku De Ta, I would like to formally apologise to you and
guarantee that this sort of behavior by a senior member of our management
team never happens again. It is not the way we have built our reputation or
standing over the years and as a management company we do not in any way
condone this appalling standard of customer service or care.
Ironically the Manager is question has recently resigned and only has a
short time remaining at Ku De Ta!
Once again, I sincerely apologise for the way you were treated and made to
feel at Ku De Ta and would like to know from you how we can make it up to
you in the future. It would be a great shame if the last memory you ever
have of Ku De Ta is the memory of your recent visit.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention & I hope you have a
pleasurable experience for the remainder of your Bali stay.
