eating places GOOD and not so GOOD

Been back over a week now and after looking at the specials in Perths sunday times i think we will be back sooner rather than later.We like to try as many differant places as we can but we also to our favourites like Gateway to india as good as ever Mamas german rest serves as big as ever BEST SATE STICKS and chips at the PUB Bupa gumps expensive but good food and great atmosphere.Bali Aussie very dissapointed lost me now went twice got worse not better Went to Goshas on Melasti st manager wastlling us how he had lay off about 20 staff due to lack of tourist never had the heart to tell him of the 10 off us who had a meal only the 2 kids enjoyed it The busiest place we have ever seen would have to be Mades warung ever time we past this place it was mobbed. We had lunch one day was ok a bit overated for me thought it was abit expensive for what it was Also went T,Js as we always do was diissapointed they have cut back menu due to downturn i will stay away untill they get back to normal THE FIND OFF OUR HOLIDAY was alittle place called ALLEYCATS if you walk up 50 yards down poppies 1 from Legian st ther is a little lane way on the left 20 yards on the right opp UNS Only seat about 20 the best breaky in Bali real BACON PROPER BEEF SAUSAGE BRILLIANT They also have agreat dinner menu cuury and chips A monster mixed grill gret steaks We had b/fast included in our package but after discovering this place it was very hard to go anywherelse .Owned by ayoung English couple who were on a world trip got as far Bali and we all know what happens when we get to Bali they are called MATT /RACHAEL call in you will love it. just do not expect super quick service as it is very laid back they also like a chat. I think i have went on a bit will get back on later and let you about some off our shopping bargains cheers wally
