hi,
there is a salon just outside the Legian Village hotel which does all sorts of hair things. I have had haircuts there, had my hair dyed etc and they also do manicures/pedicures and false nails.
they are attached to Mirah's mini mart.

look under spa.
its on Jl Padma and quite close to the Mandira.
