Hi Jab, Two things, if you want to donate any medical supplies to a charity organisation then email me and Ill give you the name of one that can use anything you can get. Second, as for getting any excess baggage over to Bali you can drop an email to June Dunstan at Garuda. Her email is admin@garudaindonesia.info they usualy grant about 10k over your legal wieght if its for a charity. Hope this helps
