They also say they will also be employing civillians to be part time police for securiy. All hotels must have a certain degree of security. They also say they may do a random body searches on the streets. etc. (Men searching women?) You don't see too many female police. Going on reports on BTF I think there is a lack of aussies in Bali. The lack of tourism effects everyone even up in the villages who make items for sale in Kuta etc. A lot of workers have also gone home to the villages where there is little work.
