Had a lovely stay a couple of years ago. Very nice hotel, multicultural guests. The hotel is divided in 2 by the main road, with a security guard to stop the traffic for you to cross. It is more expensive to stay on the 'sea' side of the hotel. I stayed on the other side. Reception, 2 restaurants & bar, the pool in the brochures are all on the 'sea' side. On the 'other' side is a long lap pool, another pool with spa jets & pool bar & small cafe.
They have a kids club, activities, theme nights, cultural nights, etc. The food is expensive in Bali standards, but there are a few nice places to eat down the road. They also have a regular shuttle service to the Galleria. If you get breakfast included, it's outstanding. Lots of food & a chef to cook your eggs anyway you like them too!
If you do stay there, you will need to reserve a poolside deckchair early because they go pretty quick!
