Linda, i beleive alot of people on this forum have used a cheap walk in package to get to bali and have other arrangements for alternative accommodation. Mainly because the cheaper ones are not in the area they wish to be stayiing. As for meals and drinks i have also read on this forum that you are advised to eat outside the hotels as its cheaper and buy your drinks from supermarket.
