VIPVOA RIPOFF

On the enthusiastic advice I found at the Forum re avoiding delays on arrival in Bali due to the requirement to pay for a visa on entry, I prepaid our Bail visas at www.vipvoa.com. I exchanged friendly emails with the vipvoa staff, gave our arrival details, arranged to be met at the airport and prepaid our visa charges plus a fee for the service. On our arrival we were NOT met and had to pay for our visas in the usual way. When we returned I emailed vipvoa, got a friendly message saying that our money would be returned, then NOTHING. My several further attempts at email contact returned the message "destination computer was not found". I would like to warn other travellers so they can avoid this nasty SCAM that soured the start to an otherwise very pleasant stay. If the staff of vipvoa read this message I would be pleased to have the situation rectified.
