VILLA KUTA ROYALE

Has anyone heard of the Villa Kuta Royale at Tuban. It is a 4 bedroom villa that sounds great. Rate is AU$120 a night which seems pretty cheap for what they are offering. Would love to hear from anyone who has stayed there or knows anything about the place.
