back on ordering meat/seafood supplies with the down turn? When we were there in Nov 05, we noticed it often took a long time for our food to arrive after ordering... and we were the only ones in the place!! One day we even noticed a man arriving back on a motor bike and whisking a plastic bag into the kitchen at the rear. I suspect they are doing the logical thing, not over stocking there kitchens with perishables and racing to the market when a customer arrives
