I am sorry I don't know exactly where we were but maybe someone else will recognise my description.
We were on lour way to Delung..Deloong... (not sure of spelling but pronounced as second one) to see our sponsor child and we went past a big shopping centre type place on a major road and to the side of it was a bumper car area and a permanent "Side Show" type place kind of like a Mini Luna Park. Looked like fun and wasn't that far out of Legian.
