Yutz in Rum Jungle Road does great steaks and other western food, one of the best western meals I have had in Bali, and for lunches Tommys (also Rum Jungle Road) does things like ham and salad rolls but once again top quality. Sendok has good food for western/german tastes - one in Legian St and another in Bakung Sari St. Most other restaurants have western style dishes on their menus - the won't have a problem at all.
