Best to hire car and driver. You can arrange one in advance to meet you at airport which if you are arriving after 3 pm or so would be best. Also possible to walk out of the airport a bit and find drivers for negotiation. I can provide great driver contact info if you want it. Expect to pay about us$30-40 depending on driver and if you are doing day time or at night.
