There are only two options.
1. Go to the taxi counter inside the airport and book a taxi to Kuta for a fixed price. This used to be 35,000 up until not long ago, but I have read that because of fuel price increase that it is now a fixed price of 50,000.
2. Walk with your bags out of the airport, turn right and walk to the road. Flag down a metre taxi (which aren't allowed in the airport grounds), which will be a lot cheaper. I used to pay about 18,000 doing it this way, but I guess the price will have increased here too. Still, it is cheaper - if you don't mind walking with your bag.
