Anyone used Online Travel Insurance?

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has had experience with using online travel insurance. Going on a trip and have checked online and the savings are quite good. Looking at Travel Insurance Direct, have printed out all the information and it seems to tally up against the one the travel agency gave me (Suresafe) but is much cheaper. Any feedback about this firm or others would be welcome.
