Rooms (the buildings)looked new as did the solar hot water systems.
The pool was dirty but the fact that they were adding water to it made me wonder if they were getting ready to open.
First impression was a new hotel built that had never opened.
If it does open it looks ok except the second block of rooms are in an awful position behind the first. You get a view of someones back door.
Can see it really well as said from the path leading to Blue Lagoon
Doubt I'll go back to Padang Bai for awhile (not the same without beach warungs & bars) so will be interested in your comments if you do.
