Anyone stayed at Baleka Beach Hotel?

I am off to Bali on the 12th Feb staying at the Baleka. My travel agent suggested it and said it was newly refurbished. She assured me it was a quiet clean hotel, and I would enjoy the stay.
Since booking I have had a few negative comments> Anyone been there lately?
