Beware when booking to Bali Oct/Nov 2005 through South Yarra Travel My letters to them stating taxes and breakfast and the price quoted from them to include breakfast. When we arrived at Garden View the itinerary did not include breakfast. After phone calls etc. they would not budge on the issue and we had to pay for the breakfasts. Contacted consumer affairs who investigated the matter but South Yarra Travel denied that Breakfast was to be included saying that he had rung me saying that breakfast was not included. This phone call did not happen. I can take the matter further if I pay about $32 for the matter to be delt with. Seeing the costs are only $70 I am not taking this matter further. Just be aware to check your ininerary that it includes what you have been quoted for. I know this posting is from Oct/Nov 2005 but better late than never.
